Felix Morten is a musician, social worker and dance therapist based in Witzenhausen, Germany.
For more than 20 years the guitar has been his main instrument, yet he moves just as naturally across mandolin, bass, violin, vocals, synthesizers and drums.
His music shifts between attentive listening and offering creative impulses, shaped by both a search for refined sound and an openness to whatever emerges. Spacious, experimental and playful moments usually find their way in. He loves weaving a jam together and helping create experiences that feel connected and memorable.
Discovering CI in 2015 was a game changer for him, opening pathways for new ways of moving, deep connection, flow and the interplay of dancing and making music. He loves learning, practicing, gaining new perspectives, keeping balance and challenging himself.
For many years he has regularly accompanied the weekly Witzenhausen CI Jam with acoustic guitar or mandolin. At various CI gatherings he also brings electronic gear to create layered textures and evolving soundscapes.
He hosts music jams and occasionally CI classes and jams. Always involved in many musical projects, he recently produced an album with KichererbZen, and the band is now gathering new members for a fresh chapter and a new journey.
