…Our practice requires no special physical conditions. You do not need to be athletic or bring any other artistic skills, and yet…

This practice calls your being into presence.
It calls you to surrender, as if in prayer, into the creative flow of life.
It calls you to accompany what is, what unfolds and what reveals itself with compassionate presence.
With all our senses, we re-member and invoke our connectedness to the elemental forces that shape life – the very forces we creatively express through our own continuous becoming and dissolving. Sometimes resignation, deep grief, anger, the unknown… just like deep joy, pleasure, and gratitude… want to be felt with all our senses, down to the depths of our being.
Only to be reborn from within, emerging as a unique expression of universal life processes in continuous transformation.
At times, we dive into depths of experience far beyond what can be captured in words or by the mind, deep beneath the layers of culture and language…

Most of our practice takes place on our individual mats. We experiment with both subtle and expansive movement qualities and the range inbetween. At certain times, dance-like and somatic encounters take place in our shared center. We remain fully clothed at all times.

1400€ late bird after 15. September
With a minimum of 10 committed registrations by August 15, I will offer a community-supported pricing model. For a group of 10, the average contribution is 900€ per person; with more participants, the cost will decrease accordingly -ensuring accessibility for people of diverse financial and social backgrounds. Registrations after August 15 will pay the regular price.

LIVE CALLS
Expected to take place on Tuesdays from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

There will be audio recording for those who cannot attend live.

.ACCOMMODATION & SELF-CATERING
It is possible to stay overnight on-site for a small fee. If desired, we can also share our mealtimes together in the form of a potluck / community buffet.
